Please note that Australia Post Express services exclude some regional and non-mainland locations. All domestic online orders are sent by Australia Post and require a signature on delivery, unless authority to leave is provided to Australia Post to deliver without a signature. Please ensure your parcel is shipped to a location you will be available at, otherwise Australia Post will leave a notification card for you to be collected at your local post office.
All international orders are sent via Australia Post. Express courier services such as FedEx or DHL are available on request for an additional fee. Depending on country, VAT, import duties or incoming freight taxes may apply which are payable by the customer.

Shipping Insurance
Neither we, nor shipping providers (like Australia Post), take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. We strongly recommend that you take out shipping insurance to protect your parcels against all eventualities.
