Terms and Conditions relating to products and delivery

Delivery Policy 

Within Australia (Australia Post- Standard service only)

Outside Australia (Australia Post- Registered International service only)

Jacaru shall deliver products by standard postal service or Registered Post (International) to the delivery address that you have given us on your Jacaru submition form.  All delivery is subject to availability and time shall be of the essence. As we process your order, we will also notify you if any products unfortunately are not available. Jacaru shall not be liable to the customer or be deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in delivery of goods, if the delay was due to any cause beyond Jacaru's reasonable control.

Returns Policy 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jacaru purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason or change your mind, we will gladly accept exchange/return of the unworn merchandise within 14 days of invoice date. Returned merchandise should include the Jacaru packaging and be in the original condition as when it was received. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for return and re-delivery on any exchanges/returns for change of mind. Jacaru will only refund the cost of the merchandise- not postage. For exchange of size and or colour please write this request on the original invoice and include a payment advice for re-delivery postage fee. This would include public holidays, industrial stikes, customs delay, natural disaster.
