Our change of mind policy
Within 30 days from date of purchase we are happy to offer you an exchange, refund or credit for change of mind, provided the item is in ‘as new’ condition and is accompanied with the proof of purchase (a copy of your email order confirmation). All refunds will be issued via the same channel as the original payment. If you don't apply the correct postage on your return you will have a $10 shipping and handling fee deducted from the total value being returned to you. Damaged, faulty or incorrect products
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us at email@example.com, and we will be happy to assist you. Please provide proof of purchase when returning a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item. Please note though that due to the nature of leather, color may vary. Variations in color, grain, or texture and natural markings are not considered defects.
Neither we, nor shipping providers (like Australia Post), take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. We strongly recommend that you take out shipping insurance to protect your parcels against all eventualities.
